That you have joined BeautiControl with either the $125 or $385 membership package and that you have shared the opportunity that you got with at least 3 people. Sharing the opportunity means that you have signed someone up with either the $125 or the $385 membership package that you got!
WHAT DO I GET AT THIS LEVEL?
#1 BENEFIT to becoming a VIP... $100 COLD HARD CASH! As soon as you hit the requirements to become a VIP, BeautiControl will give you a $100 BONUS!
#2 BENEFIT to becoming a VIP...Get 50% off your product orders ALL OF THE TIME! Regardless of the size of the order!
That also means 50% PROFIT CASH of everything you sell!
#3 BENEFIT to becoming a VIP...You also receive 4% - 8% COMMISSION from BeautiControl on any order your recruits place in a month as long as you are performing at the VIP level requirements to get PAID AS TITLE of VIP that month! :) (see below for what PAID AS TITLE means)
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH OF THE 4% - 8% COMMISSION I WILL GET ON MY RECRUITS?
4% on $1000+ retail of personal recruits orders
6% on $2000+ retail of personal recruits orders
8% on $4000+ retail of personal recruits orders
BONUSES on top of the $100 CASH:
1. PROMOTING OTHER PEOPLE TO VIP
When you help one of your personally recruited consultants reach the level of VIP or above, you, the recruiter get $100 BONUS as long as your paid as title is the same or higher than the consultant that just promoted up!
ALSO: for EVERY SINGLE recruit you bring on that you help get to VIP.... YOU get another $100 CASH for each of them promoting to VIP as well!
2. VIP 2 MONTHS CONSISTENCY BONUS (Personally Recruited VIPs)
$100 monthly bonus for 2 months when a personally recruited VIP retains "paid as" VIP Title for 2 consecutive months following that Consultant's advancement to VIP. Recruiter must be paid-as equal or higher title.
3. QUALIFIED RECRUIT BONUSES (monthly)
When you personally recruit at least 2 QUALIFIED recruits you can potentially get $50 - $100 extra cash BONUSES!
3 total qualified recruits = $50 cash
6 total qualified recruits = $100 cash
*NOTE: You can count for all 3 or 6 of the qualified recruits on your own OR, you do at least your 2 and help your team learn how to qualify recruits as well so you don't have to do all of the work on your own! :)
* NOTE: the qualified recruits can be from YOU, YOUR PERSONAL RECRUITS and THEIR RECRUITS but no lower than that.
EXAMPLE:
You recruit SUZY, Suzy recruits MARY, and Mary recruits BETH.
* Your total qualified recruits to get your bonus can be recruits by YOU, SUZY or MARY. Beth's qualified recruits don't count for you because they will be counting for SUZY and MARY in their bonuses.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR A RECRUIT TO BE QUALIFIED?
A QUALIFIED RECRUIT is a recruit who does one of the following things...
1. Joins with the $385 membership case
2. Joins with the $125 case and orders at least $500 retail order at 50% off in first 14 days of membership.
3. Orders at least $1000 retail CUMULATIVE TOTAL over her first 60 days.
HOW DO I GET PAID AS A VIP?
We have two different titles that you can potentially have each month.
1. CAREER LEVEL TITLE - This is your title that you are called. You retain this title as long as you don't meet VIP minimums for 12 consecutive months.
2. PAID AS TITLE - Your PAID AS TITLE is a monthly thing. What this means is that each month you will be paid at what you are perfoming. If you do the requirements of your title then you will reap the rewards and benefits and cash. If you do not perform as your title, it simply means you will get paid at whatever the level down is that you are performing at.
VIP CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS to be PAID AS a VIP Consutlant:
- Order at least $500 retail total in that month
- Your total TEAM SALES (which include every penny you order as well) totals at least $1000 retail
- You have at least 3 personally recruited consultants on your team that are active
(meaning they haven't become in-active by not ordering for at least 4 months)
WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP/LEVEL AFTER VIP CONSULTANT?
The next level is SENIOR VIP... and you get achieve that by sharing the joining opportunity with at least 6 people. When you sign them up, and you order at least $500 retail in that same month and your total TEAM ordering is $3000+ (which includes all of your retail total as well) you will INSTANTLY become a SENIOR VIP Consultant.
